If you are thinking about flying to Asia, and think that a stop-over in Korea would be okay, think again! I have lived in Korea, and the country is improving. But, do not fly this airplane to Korea in economy. Why you may ask, their laxed policy on allowing 40 pound children to sit on their mother’s laps instead of buying another ticket! How does this happen? I have flown to Korea numerous times, and well over half of them I have a 4-6 year-old child leaning against my seat while sitting on their mothers lap! Have you tried flying for 12-14 hours with a child leaning your seat forward? How is this safe or legal? Who allows this, Asiana and Korea airlines that is who! I did not have this problem when I flew Cathay Pacific, United or any other airlines. The battle-axes in United’s stewardess crew would never allow this! The food is fine, I like Korean food. I don’t fly for food. I fly to get somewhere. Usually when I fly on Korea Air I just pray that I don’ have someone without feeling behind me that abuse me. I usually have a Korean women behind me that doesn’t care that I am bent like a pretzel. If you fly to Korea in economy, never take Korean Air, never!
