    Thank you for planning our trip to Africa, would have been great to have an assistant who had been there before but even without the experience they planned a brilliant trip for us!

    Senior staff need to check new staff on duty- had our holiday messed around with. They had us flying in on the day the coach holiday started and flying back on the day it ended. The coach left in morning – our flight got there late afternoon – holiday concluded in evening. Our flight home booked for that morning.

    After got sorted we had to fly earlier and pay extra and have another nights accommodation on way back. one bad mistake. was told flights would be same only one day different, now find we are booked on an earlier flight – making our arrangement for returning eg ongoing flights from capital city to home could have been more convenient. Have since learnt that staff person handling booking had worked with Flight centre only 2 months and has since left. Everyone has to be trained but not as expense of customer.

    Could not even talk to other consultants when we went back — told ? is handling that we will leave a message for her!

    FC is just a joke! I am very stupid to book my flight with them.. Things become so serius pain when i want to change my date of flight.. I rang them up and ask how much it cost to change the date. I gave my detail to the ‘A’ lady n she said she will call me back. Few hours later she rang me back with stupid answer ‘oohhh u din book with us (riverton), u booked iit with maylands store. Ok, a lady from maylands will contact u the following day!’ Come on human, i live in langford why shud i be bothered drve a mile away frm my place. Ohwell,i waited the next day, no one contact me until i rang the maylands store. ‘B’ lady picked up the phone n same story i gv her my detail n bla”””… She asked me to ring back to riverton store. The guy that booked me the ticketis just replacement in riverton. Ohwell… I rang back rivertom store n turn up ‘C’ lady said a lady name ‘M’ will contact me back before 4pm.. End of the day no one contact until the next day a guy contacted me n say ‘ok,i will look it up and i will ring u back later!’… Oh my goodnessss… Ok he rang me back n gv me the answerif i want to change my flight it is gonna be 350 bux perperson… So it will b 700 bux for me n my husband to change the date.. I get pissed off cos u delaying my phone call for 3 days.. He telling me the changing fee is 250 + on top of ticket different.. Ohyaaa, i asked them before how much the changing fee is… A guy told me is 150 a month ago… Cooolll they giving me different changing feee everytime… Poor customer service… Those are agent that only sitting infront of the computer n take 3 days to gv me back answer n transfer my call around…Lousy and lazy… Hope they will closing soon.. From now on, only booked ur flight if u r on tour… Other than tht, boooked from original flight website… Not a pain if u want to change ur ddate of flight…
