  At the moment, bestflights.com.au is promoting a round the world ticket (Lufthansa, Qantas, Cathay Pacific & more) that costs $2,559.00, which includes “Manila” as one of the “stopover” cities. When I enquired about it, I was told that I cannot fly from Sydney to another city (e.g. a European city) via Manila, neither can I fly from a European city to another city via Manila.

  I was told that I have to buy my own ticket to fly to or from Manila. Why they included Manila as one of the stopover cities? I tried to ring best flights again a few times, hoping to talk to a staff who would tell me that I can use Manila as my stopover, but a female staff who figured out that I rang them a few times insinuated that I am dumb.

  I also enquired about the 4 additional stopovers @ $100 each. Having talked to different staff of Best Flights, one staff told me that I can use these stopovers within the European cities (e.g. Paris to London to Barcelona) included in a zone (e.g. Zone 1), another staff told me that I can only use it when flying from a European city via Frankfurt and back, and another staff told me that they will only fly me to only one European city (meaning, I cannot use the 4 additional stopovers @ $100 each). I am just glad to have faith in myself that I am not crazy.
